It is a blend of Sémillon and Sauvignon Blanc affected by the noble rot of Botrytis Cinerea. Manufacturing: The grapes are harvested from vines between 37 and 40 years old, which grow in sandy and gravelly soil. Harvests are harvested several times as the noble rot develops. After harvesting, the grapes are pressed in a pneumatic press to ensure a fine and gradual extraction of the must. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and after 16 months in French oak barrels, the wine is bottled.
