Description Producer: Cavino Country: Greece Type: Sweet wine Grape variety: 100% Muscat of Samos Vineyard: Short bush trailed vine- yards in high altitude in Samos. Harvest mostly end of August. Vinification: Gentle handling of the grapes. Skin contact during 4 hours. Alcohol is added to the produced must so the grape’s sugar remain to the final product. Tasting notes: Golden-yellow colour. Exotic fruits, green tea and flowers in the nose with hints of fruits in sweet syrup. Fully aromatic, sweet and warm in the mouth with adequate acidity, refreshing the palate.
